In this participatory art piece, a surface of sand and colored chalk was prepared as a dance floor that remembers disco light floors of the 70´s.
The setting was a summer party organized by an association of artists that had settled their studios in an old factory, in the middle of a residential mid-class neighborhood.
It was an opportunity for neighbors to meet and get to know each other.
These parties were organized almost twice a month for two years. They were the start of a refreshment bar that still runs today, in that same spot.
